-So last night I received a surprise in my mailbox, you got it, my socks from Silly Sport Socks! I was excited enough to wear them today out and about. They reminded me of something out of Alice in Wonderland, I'm not exactly sure why. But I had them on less than an hour and already I'd had two compliments, one from the barista at my local Starbucks the other from the guy behind me in line. Compliments coupled with my caramel mocha was a great way to start my day.
-Autumn and Lil' C picked me up this morning to make a trip into Portland for breakfast. Gotta love Mother's with their fresh strawberries and homemade whipped cream atop a crisp Belgian waffle. Camden serenaded us with a silverware symphony and littered the place with happy babbling and smiles.
-We then headed over to Alberta to hit up Frock Boutique, where Autumn found a lovely green dress. I restrained myself from buying some more socks, not an easy feat for me.
-I headed over to the mall to visit Verizon to figure out getting internet access at home. I left extremely happy, now I have MiFi, which is super exciting as it means I can blog from home now.
-Still trying to come up with ideas on how to celebrate my 1 month blogging birthday...start your thinking caps!
-JB left me a lovely little Easter gift, thanks a lot I'll have to dye eggs now for sure.
