-Today was a great day.  After what felt like a flight that took forever I arrived  in the great state of Michigan.  I swung by and visited grandpa.  I had lunch with Laura and my dad.  I then hung out with two of the coolest kids I know.  We had a lot of fun taking pictures, playing with bubbles, taking a walk, and drawing with sidewalk chalk.

-Becca and Michelle came over to visit with me at my sister's place. We had a girl's night that included both my grandma and Annie.  We had pizza and sangria, well grandma and Annie had pizza but not sangria.  The girls and I made a trip to Westwood Mall and the giant bronze hippo that has been there for as long as I can remember.  We thought something that is such a recognizable symbol to anyone from Jackson would be the perfect place for our sock pictures.  I am glad we had such fun sitting around and catching up and playing as little Xbox Kinnect.

-And now I must catch up on some much needed sleep as I've only gotten two hours of it.
