Leaving on a jet plane, but don't worry I'll be back Saturday (day 34)

-So here I am sitting in the airport, flight delayed by 45 minutes, which sadly cuts into my coffee getting time when I arrive in Charlotte.  Red eyes are not fun flights, but the upside is a quiet and calm atmosphere here at the airport as opposed to the normal hustle and bustle one normally finds.

-I think one of my legwarmers got left in JT's car which means I will have one delightfully warm leg during the flight and one semi-chilly one. Alas, I guess I will survive.

-I found out what it was that was filming down the road for me.  The TV show Leverage on TNT usually films in Portland, but this week they were shooting in Esther Short Park and at one of the funeral homes.  Mystery solved...thanks Google.

-I picked up some fun socks for my Grandpa, the argyle mustache ones.  So look out for an awesome sock picture coming your way in the next couple days.

-I've got season 4 of Mad Men all lined up for my flight in case I can't sleep.  We'll see.  Next post will be coming to you from Michigan!

-I almost forgot to mention...over 1000 views. Rock on sock fans.  And in other blog news my cupcake birthday blog post has taken out my first blog post in the Best of the Best section, these popularity contests can be so ruthless.
