-Did some experimenting with some of the color options on my camera, thought the photos were kind of fun so I decided to share them.

-Jordan and I had a great time at the concert last night. It was at The Wonder Ballroom, it was the first time I had been there.  It is a fun venue! We saw three bands Quiet Life, The Devil Whale and The Head and the Heart. An evening of great live music, thanks Jordan for visiting from up North and the free ticket!

-Today Jordan left early as she had to work so no breakfast for us, I was even too sleepy to get up and get coffee with her.  Hope that doesn't make me a terrible friend.  I did venture out for breakfast at a much more reasonable hour with JB.  We hit up Petite Provence on Alberta. I had the Colette omelet which was tasty but had a tad too many tomatoes for my liking.  I ordered their potatoes and butternut squash to accompany it, and I'm glad I did.  They made my tongue and then my stomach very happy.

-Lucy and I took a walk down to the park today, but it was more because my curiosity has been piqued by the filming that seems to be happening a few blocks down from me.  What is going on?

-My plans for tonight include a bit of laundry and watching the movie Country Strong.  Then it's off to bed for a short day at work tomorrow, packing and leaving on a red eye.  Then, voilà, I will be in the Great Lakes State.

 -Becca sent me this picture and she was wearing the same sparrow socks I was today and all the way across the country from each other!
